Suggest me a Assembler...PLZ

I am beginner of assembly language programming. I am learning assembly language programming from video tutorials of Mr. Niel Dickson @ showmedo.com.

In those videos it specified to use MASM32 through inventor IDE(alpha 4).

While installing or extracting MASM32 to my system my AV(avast) detects no of virus threats.

Which assembler I should use?,,,,,

I am friendly with turbo and Microsoft's(visual) editor of C/C++.
